Cancelation, Rescheduling, and Missed Appointment Policy
I understand emergencies arise and will work with you the best I can, however…
If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please contact by text no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for accommodation of the waitlist.
-Rescheduling or canceling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment start time will be subject to an additional $25 fee at your next visit.
-Missed appointments (including being over 20 minutes late) will be charged an additional $45 fee at your next visit. Clients that miss more than once will no longer be allowed to schedule future appointments.
*Not responding to confirmation texts by 6pm the night before will result in forfeiture / termination of the appointment and be considered “missed”.
Appointment Confirmation Policy
In order to accommodate the waitlist, replying to confirmation texts or emails (no later than 6pm the day before) is required to keep your scheduled appointment time so that others may be provided with an opportunity to fill unclaimed appointment slots.
If no response to confirmation messages is received by 6pm the day prior, the appointment will be automatically canceled.
